Purchase and Delivery


If you wish to make a purchase at our website, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your purchase including but not limited to your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any such purchase and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.



We deliver to most locations within Australia but not to international locations. We require a street address for delivery (as we do not deliver to a P.O. Box address). Whilst some remote locations may be postage serviced, please however note that our carrier may not be able to deliver such location and in such event he will deliver your product to a local depot where you can collect your products. As our delivery locations may change from time to time, please contact our Customer Care Line to find out if we can deliver products to your preferred location.

Postage is usually delivered by our chosen carrier during the period between 8.30am to 5.00pm (from Monday to Friday) and the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 1-2 working day delivery to Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle
  • 2-3 working day delivery to Melbourne and Brisbane Metro
  • 5 working days to most other suburbs or towns


[*note: The above delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary (especially during peak holiday seasons). Large items (such as TVs, Electric bikes) would also require extra handling and may take longer period for delivery.]

If you have purchased more than 1 product, these products may be delivered to you individually and/or separately by different couriers and transport agencies.

Our courier will contact you shortly before delivery, to arrange for a suitable delivery time and delivery location (where reasonable) at your delivery address. Please ensure your requested delivery location is free from obstructions and is in a clean and tidy state to prevent any delivery delays.

Delivery must be signed for acceptance, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the product shall be presumed by us to be authorised to receive the products. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, our carrier will leave a card for collection. When delivered by Australia Post, you will need to collect your delivery from the closest post office. Any other carrier you will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, which may include a redelivery fee charged by us if redelivery is required.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes on to the customer upon delivery of the product by the courier. We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 


Product lost in delivery

If any product is lost during our delivery or being returned to us due to wrong address or no pick up and you decided that -

  • you still want the product, we will arrange to re-post the same product to you as soon as possible (subject to our stock availability); or


  • you don't want the product anymore, we will arrange for refund accordingly.
