Not bad

Not bad at all, but it only work when I set the region as China. At least put a note of something to remind the users.

This refund and exchange policy constitutes a contract between the customers (you) and Ausmall United Pty Ltd (us), and it is not excluded by the Australian Consumer Laws or other applicable rules and regulations. Please note that our refund and exchange policy is strictly applicable for products purchased from us directly (via online purchase on this website or walk-in purchase at our store at 5/8-10 Burrows Road, St Peters, 2044 NSW, Sydney) and it is not applicable for any Xiaomi products which have not been purchased directly from us.


Faulty Product Returns

If you bought a product from us and found it faulty or not fit for its intended purpose, you can return or exchange your faulty product to us within 30 days from our delivery date PROVIDED THAT:

1. The faulty product must be unopened in box and securely packed for returned shipping. You may use your own box for returned shipping but we will not be liable for any damage or lost during the returned shipping. 

2. You have contacted and informed our staff (whom can be reach at 1800 954 530 during our business hours) or email to us at support@ausmallselected.com.au in relation to the return/exchange matter before your returned shipping. 

3. The product accessories (including batteries) and the legible original invoice or receipt need to be packed and returned together with the product. We may elect to assess and inspect the returned products or return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Once we have identified that the return goods are faulty (not due to misuse or neglect), we will process the refund within a reasonable time and arrange to transfer the refund monies to you in the same payment manner you have made for such item. Products presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods. Please be aware that personal data (including, but not limited to, images, music and video) may be lost during the repair process of electrical and electronic products. It is your own responsibility to ensure that all personal data is deleted before return to us.

If you ask for an exchange of products, we will ship the new product to you within a reasonable time after we have identified that your product is faulty (not due to misuse or neglect). The new product will be sent to your order delivery address with the same shipping method for your faulty product. In the event that we do not have sufficient stocks, you will be offered with a full refund or exchange of new products with a longer delivery period. 


Shipping Fee

You may claim back the shipping fee of our products by store credit or refund, to the maximum amount as set out below: Mijia Electric Bike, Electric Scooter, Segway Scooter: $30 Robotic Vacuum cleaner: $20 All other products: $10


Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind with your purchase, you can apply for an exchange/refund (at your own costs and shipping fee) within 30 days from our delivery date provided that the products are in good brand new condition (with no fault/scratch) and to be returned with the original package and original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method. It will be our sole discretion to determine whether your product condition is acceptable for a refund/exchange.


Non-refundable/exchangeable conditions:

1. More than 30 days after our delivery date.
2. No original invoice or receipt provided or the S/N number on the invoice or receipt is not matching with the product.
3. The product has been used in a hazardous environment. 
4. Fault caused by force majeure (act of god).
5. Fault caused by abuse, water, accident, and unauthorised repairs.
6. A third party charger/ battery is used.
7. Fault caused by internet signal/wifi signal strength.
8. Fault caused by third party software.

The following products are excluded from return and exchange:
1. Mi band strap
2. Air purifier filter
3. Mibot side brush and main brush 4. Tyres for electric scooter, bike and segway. 5. Other consumables.

No, not all products that are stocked in our store are visible on the website or otherwise. We are adding new products to our online product range from time to time. Please check out our products catalogue from time to time.
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed as orders are closed to ensure efficient processing and delivery. If you no longer require an item that you have ordered, once the order arrives you can follow our returns or exchange process, and we will arrange a refund (provided it has fulfilled our Return and Exchange Policy). Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation. You can track your order via email by selecting “Track My Order” to follow the progress of your delivery.
